"I’ve been bringing my super spicy kitty here for some time now and everyone who has dealt with her has been so patient and understanding. She’s even gotten better going to the vet since i’ve been bringing her here! I’ve also had to put my sick dog down recently… and it was one of the most devastating days of my life. The staff were extremely compassionate and attentive throughout the process. Even though she was old and stinky they showed her so much love and kindness. I’m grateful for the care Dr Yasin and his staff have given my pets."

"We bring our cats to Clifton Ave and everyone here is so wonderful. Monica is an absolute doll and always so warm and friendly. Dr. Yasin is the best, he’s thorough and honest, while showing compassion. We’ve had some of the weekend covering vets as well, and had great experiences. We also love Karen along with the other techs. Two of our three cats have had surgery there, and the follow up afterwards is great. Not only coming back in, but they’ve always called to check in afterwards as well to see how they’re doing. Any pet owner knows how much your animals can mean, and the entire group in this office understands that! Bonus: picture of one of our babies they have helped, doing his neighborhood watch at home."

"I’ve been waiting for my cats follow up visit. The appointment was scheduled for 10a. I was checked in on time and escorted to the little room. Now 40 minutes later and I’m not sure the Dr is even here. I gave 3 stars because when they do the job, it’s acceptable, unlike today’s wait time. Update. The office gave us a slight discount on the tech fee, but the doctor herself wouldn’t come in and talk to us personally."
